Inert gas is injected into the compressed gas spring to produce elastic effect through the piston. This product does not need external power to work, has stable lifting force, and can be freely retracted. (The lockable gas spring can be positioned at will) It is widely used, but the following points should be noted during installation:
1. The piston rod of the gas spring must be installed downward, not upside down, so as to reduce friction and ensure good damping quality and cushioning performance.
2. Determining the installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee for the correct, careful and stable operation of the gas spring. The installation method of the gas spring must be correct, that is, it must be moved above the structural centerline when closing, otherwise the gas spring will often automatically open the door.
3. The air spring shall not be subjected to the effect of tilt force or lateral force during work, and shall not be used as a handrail.
4. In order to ensure the stability of the seal, it is not allowed to damage the surface of the piston rod. It is not allowed to apply paint and chemicals on the piston rod. It is also not allowed to install the gas spring at the required position before spraying or painting.
5. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, and it is prohibited to analyze, bake or crush it at will.
6. It is forbidden to turn the gas spring piston rod to the left. If the direction of the connector needs to be adjusted, it can only be turned to the right. 7. Ambient temperature for use: - 35 - 70 (80 for specific manufacturing).
8. The connection point shall be installed with flexible rotation without jamming.
9. The size can be selected reasonably, the force can be appropriate, and the stroke size of the piston rod can be left with 8mm margin.
