The function of the engine hydraulic rod is to support the engine cover of the bus engine. The hydraulic support rod is on the engine cover. If the pressure support rod is broken and cannot shrink, it needs to be replaced. Because the hydraulic support rod is a high-precision piston component (pressure locking), it can not be used normally after removal. The hydraulic support rod of the bus engine is generally on the engine hood, which is mainly used to support the bus engine hood.
The engine hydraulic tappet (tappet) is composed of tappet body, hydraulic cylinder, plunger, check valve, check valve spring, plunger return spring and other components. The outer cylindrical surface of the tappet body is machined with an annular oil groove, the inner side of the top is machined with a key oil groove, and the inner cylindrical surface of the middle is used to install the hydraulic cylinder. The oil enters the annular oil groove of tappet body through the main oil passage and specially designed measuring hole on the cylinder head, and then enters the low-pressure oil chamber at the upper part of the plunger through the oil groove. In this way, a passage is formed between the main oil passage of the cylinder head and the low-pressure oil chamber of the hydraulic tappet. The hydraulic cylinder, plunger, check valve and check valve spring are assembled together to form a valve clearance compensation coupling. The ball valve separates the lower part of the hydraulic cylinder and the upper part of the plunger into two oil chambers. When the ball valve is closed, the upper part is a low-pressure oil chamber and the lower part is a high-pressure oil chamber; When the ball valve is opened, the upper and lower oil chambers are connected.
Guangzhou Tieying Gas Spring Technology Co.,Ltd has 20 years of experience in the production of gas springs. It has its own design team.
